    Demands of Kidnapper
& Chinese Negotiations to release the hostage
I have 3 demands or I'll kill the boy!"
Negotiators assess the situation from next door.
Head Negotiator dispatched to the scene
    Negotiations begin
    Negotiations concluded

In the western world, we would block off the street, take 12 hours to talk him out of it, spend £5 million giving him a fair trial, give him a plasma TV for his cell and pay his food and lodging for life.

No wonder their products are cheaper than ours.
  2. Did you not miss......

    Negotiations begin

Negotiator puts round into hostage takers head.

    Negotiations concluded.

I seem to remember that there are some photos that go with this?

Sorry just fight with finger trouble!!
  4. That's ancient news.
  5. Quick & easy way to deal with the situation.
Sadly in the UK we would have to take in to accounts the kidnappers rights under the European Human Rights Act!
  6.
Good drills! So he would really be the "first on the balcony" than...
  7. Kidnapping kids in the PRC... oooh, rookie error! Not like they've a track record of zero tolerance, or anything.

I remember reading about something similar in Xi'an in 2006 or 2007. Some bloke snatched a wee girl from a queue in a shop, Uncle JC happened to be walking past, "Let the kid go!", "No, I want...", BANG, "Aw, petal, did the nasty noise hurt your ears? Never mind, here's your mum."
  8. Did they send his family the bill for the round?
  9. Good drills, that man! :D 8)

He may be a dog-eating Commie, but I would happily buy him a beer(offer not legally binding  )!
  10. First to hit the pavement from 3 stories up you mean :D

Saw this years ago. But it points out how the Chinese don't fcuk about, or follow 'nice, fair rules' (be it hostage taking or future Empirical expansion ;) )
  12. Isn't it out there somewhere in video format........I seem to recall seeing it that way..........or am I in yet another state of self delusion?
