With grateful thanks to Sapper75 and in time for those remembering what happened thirty years ago, I am delighted to offer a signed copy of

The Red and Green Life Machine
    by Rick Jolly

For those unfamiliar with the work, it's a diary of the Commander of the Falklands Field Hospital at Ajax Bay, San Carlos. It's a paperback copy, in reasonable condition, and the signature is dated 1988.

Winning bid includes postage to UK or BFPO address.

    The auction will run until
Tuesday, 17th April at 1900 hours (UK Time)

    All proceeds to Holidays4Heroes.
By bidding or taking part in the auctions in any way, you agree tacitly to abide by the Auction Rules

Well, I was a tad older at the time, but still wasn't there. And with a little luck, here's a picture of the book.

  8. I'm not going to outbid you, because that's cheating and I know you.

Did you know that they served crap dinners at your pub? The beef was definitely not fresh, and the Yorkshires were Aunt Bessies as were the spuds.

    **** it, £60.

    Aunt Bessies indeed........................
