With thanks to tich23 I am able to offer these lovely prints for auction.

They were bought some years ago from Soldier magazine and are by Charles Griffin.

Set of four prints, each mounted on cream card. Some marks on the mounts by not on the prints.

    1. 1st Life Guards c1825
    2. 18th Hussars c1810
    3. 8th Kings royal Irish Hussars c1850
    4. 15th Kings Hussars c1825

There is a reserve of £20 for each print, so please start bidding from £20.

This auction will end at 1100 hours on 20th September, UK Time. All proceeds to Holidays for Heroes. Postage will be paid by the donor.

Please indicate which print you're bidding for.

    Thank you.

No-one collects this type of thing, on the whole of arrse?

Surely someone would like them, or has a friend who would like them?

As there have been no bids on these items, and as I have been offered eight similar ones, I'm going to withdraw these from sale, and re-auction all twelve once they are available.

If you were waiting until tomorrow to bid, it gives you a chance to save up for a bigger set.

  7. G_Rb, you may get more response if you change the year in the thread title.

Thank you for pointing that out, Recce19. I plead insanity!

I'll make sure that the auction of twelve is dated properly.
