Thanks to Carol at www.carolsbeadingclasses.co.uk I am able to auction two lovely hand made bead bracelets.

The top one has large and small brown beads spiralling around a central core of white and brown beads - a bit like a DNA double helix. It has a bronze-coloured ring and post fastening.

The lower one has silver and clear beads criss-crossed over a base of flat brown beads. It fastens by slipping one silver-coloured post over the other.

They are about 8 inches long and appear as pictured. Postage to the winners is included.

They would make a lovely gift for a wife, girlfriend, daughter, niece, or any lady that you'd like to impress.

Please bid for 'helix' or 'criss-cross'.

I'll end the auction at 6 p.m. UK time on 15th May, and many thanks again to Carol. As usual, the funds go to Holidays for Heroes.

how much are these worth roughly GURB ?

I don't really know, polar. The best answer is 'whatever people are willing to bid'. We sold some other bead bracelets at around £30 to £35 at Christmas time but I think they had Swarovski Crystal, which is probably worth more.

If I'd made them, at the rate my employer charges me out, and the time it would take me to produce such lovely things, they would be priceless!

Pop in a bid and see what happens, is all I can advise.

The other bracelet will be re-auctioned later. Thanks for your offer to extend the auction, mac, but I think we should play fair and stick to deadlines.
