I recently bought a digital video camera and took some vids on my holidays. What I would like to do is put them together into a continuous film so I can bore the arrse off my rellies.

Can anyone recommend software which will help me do this? Preferably free but definitely usable by a complete 'pooter biff. Instructions must be in small words and easily understood (pictures would help :p )

  2. Windows Live Movie Maker

It's free and it works, plus you can do titles, fades, etc.

  3. As a beginner, Windows Movie Maker is pretty easy to master and gives good results with little effort.

  5. If you have any problems mate, it is usually uploading the footage from your camera to yor PC.

If your camera is the type with a minidisc, you will need to "finalise" the disc first. There will be an instant button on the camera or instructions on the screen menu.

As stated the Windows Movie Maker will do the job, but it is very basic.

If you have any problems at all PM me, and I will help you out.

I do this for a living.
