Histotrical pay details question

Greetings all, I have been asked to provide details of my salary in 1996, a Scale 15+ Band 7 Class 1 SSgt with the highest level of flying pay at that time. Not having my pay statements from 13 years or so ago, anyone any ideas on how to find out?

Make a Subject Access Request (SAR) [under the Data Protection Act] to SPVA @ Glasgow.

Letter job, there is a format somewhere, if you have access to the DefNet search for it under DPA.
