punishments are getting worse. imagine that, having to apologise AND sign an agreement not to commit further crimes!!

so is this to say that you're only not allowed to commit crimes if you've signed a piece of paper saying so? if so... im out to rob some beer. personally I thought you couldn't commit crimes whether you'd signed a bit of paper or not.

So, remind me again - how many millions did they pay Fred Goodwin after he broke their entire bank? A keyboard and monitor seems pretty trivial compared to the vandalism that prick got away with.

Sir Fred Goodwin?

I still think about Nick Leeson. He was a young man who gained nothing and got imprisoned for a number years for being totally reckless.

For the RBS to hit a 17 year old with £40,000 is a bit above the mark.
