Hill reps and all that stuff

  1. Have signed up to half marathon in April and starting to prep some proper training. I am in need of someone in Tidworth/Bulford area who I could get together with for hill reps, speed work and all that stuff that is so hard to do on your own. I am not a racing snake by any stretch of the imagination....... so looking for a tortoise rather than a hare ( unless the hare is very patient!)
