  1. hi all, i have seriously high arched feet, when i run in trainers i dont suffer any problems at all really. Just wondering when running in boots is this going to affect me as ill have no cushioning. Anyone out there with same problem as me? What did you find best solution.? thanks.
  2. You should be fine mate, I have a lack of arches, so I get a bit of pain, but high arches should be sweet. I emphasise SHOULD. There's only one way to find out though, really.
  3. If you DO find you're suffering quite badly with them, report to the Med Centre, and they should be able to help, usually correcting/compensating with orthopaedic insoles.

  4. Same as me, no probs.
