Hi mrsimmers and welcome to your ARRSE experience. Ignore them. They are only trying to wind you up. Like this git...

You'll get on well with Jarrod!
Oh yeah? Jarrod the ******* puff? Jarrod who feels it is all right for a man to slop horrible creamy gloop onto a perfectly good steak? THAT jarrod?

Nobody in their right mind would breeze along with a man who pours soup onto a steak then tries to keep a straight face in the face of real men. Whilst I admire jarrods ability with the spanners and the restoration of archaic military vehicles and yes, his taste in clothes, when it comes to cooking a steak he is a right ******* puff.

That said mrsimmers, there are some truly fascinating bits of the ARRSE. Enjoy.

and although im loathe to say it i agree with the duke, pouring shite over a steak should be a crime

Finally the proof that was needed, a RN RO IS the Equivalent of a regular Army SNCO:p

Don't tell them what the (T) stands for!

I'm not sure you can cook soup, don't you northerners have broths?
I can cook Chinese food if you'd prefer the expensive and precious meat to spin out a bit further.
The Chinese use very cheap cuts of beef - notice the grain? They soak it in a paste made from bicarbonate of soda, leave it overnight and wash it off.
I suppose cream is a luxury up there, I'll fetch some up for you to look at. Is that alreet pet?

Some people don't know the difference between soup and a sauce.
20 minutes extra boiling - do I get another badge for my sleeve?
