Hermes courier gets it wrong

Hermes, lying forging bastards. A parcel was supposedly delivered to me just before Xmas and signed for. Nothing delivered, but hermes adamant it was delivered and signed for. I pointed out that the signature on the system wasn't mine, and to cap it I live on TBK and a courier needs to be escorted on. I pointed out that, not only had not been escorted on but cctv showed they weren't there on the date and time claimed. Company went onto radio silence and ebay refused to reimburse as the sender could prove the gift went to hermes. C**ts the lot of them.
I've had that a few times where something has been supposedly delivered and signed for. I made a real stink about it on the phone and the next day my package appeared. I collared the woman delivering it and she just shrugged and said "I signed it yesterday and put it as delivered to save time".

No you didn't you lying cow, you did it because you're paid per delivery.

One of my problems is getting a phone nu. Ber for a local depot. The number I get seems to be fob off.
