A vacancy has arisen within the Help Desk Team, reporting to the Help Desk Manager, which will suit a highly motivated individual who can work as part of a small team but has the ability and enthusiasm to work on their own within the team structure.
The role will initially involve being predominately based in the US till the year end after training, Ideally the candidate should be qualified with a minimum 3 good A levels and have worked for a number of years in the IT sector in a Helpdesk/Support environment. The qualifications should incorporate an IT, engineering, computing or mathematical subject.
