help with disturbance allowance!!

  1. ive just moved into a married quarter from the block. i claimed disturbance allowance and it was accepted (several other people have claimed in my unit) now there comin back to me saying i have to pay it back. does any1 know the right jsp/reg that say u can or cant thanks
  2. As far as I am aware, no entitlement to Disturbance Allowance for First and last move into SFA?

  5. The new JSP 752 does not state that disturbance allowance is not allowed on first move, speak to your FSA/RAO and get them to speak to Bde.
  6. you can get disturbance allowance as a singlie everytime you have to move room £75 I think, and can go back 6 years with JPA ;)

  9. it was the fsa that ent to brigade with the case and he came back to me and said they sed yes and to claim it
