If you can help, please post them here & I'll pass them on to her,

What is lowe syndrome?

Here's sth to get everybody's New Year diet off to a good start!

Malteser Cake

100g butter
200g milk chocolate
3 tbsp golden syrup
225g finely crushed digestive biscuits
225g Maltesers

Melt the butter, chocolate and syrup then add the crushed biscuits and Maltesers. Mix together quickly then pour into a lined Swiss roll tin and chill till set. Cut into bite size pieces when set. For a special occasion drizzle with some melted white chocolate.

I usually double the ingredients as it doesn't last long. It's also a really easy recipe for children to make.
Dead simple one this but tastes a lot better than you would think.

The actual amounts can vary for how ever many people you are cooking for.

Mashed potatoes
Cooked Chicken
Chicken stock (packet of clear chicken soup works)
Small Onion
Tomato paste. Just enough to give the mix some colour.

Fry onion until soft, add the chicken and the chicken stock and tomato paste, boil until thickened.
Put mixture in an oven proof bowl, cover with the mashed spuds.

Grill until the top goes brown, serve.
