Help, Im a tubby monster

  1. Hi guys

    I was fit as a fiddle until I started a desk top a couple of years ago..

    At selection I passed, but during the medical I was told I couldn't afford to put any weight on..

    I'm really struggling to get any weight off - money is tight, so I'm eating shit food, and I can't seem to get any energy or motivation to get out excercising..

    Does anyone know how I can get that energy? What foods can I eat, is there a supplement etc?

    I have about 3 months to get into shape, and I'm just a ******* blob right now

    Edit to add: I'm about 13 stone and 5ft10 - bmi was just under 25%

    You just answered your own question. standaway from the desk top, open front door and get walking, Healthy food is not expensive.
