Helmetcam diaries from Afghanistan on the BBC?

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I caught a half-hour long documentary on the BBC (News 24 I think) about Prince Harry's time in Afghanistan on Sunday last, after which a preview was shown of a series of 'helmetcam' diaries called 'Comrades in Courage' or something like that. The announcer mentioned that it would be shown at 18.30 and 22.30 (starting yesterday), and would begin with the account of a 29 year-old Captain in the Coldstreams.

Did anyone catch it or direct me to where I can see it, as I was jumping about between channels like an eejit last night to no avail?

[have also posted this in the Heads Up - Interesting military TV/radio/online shows thread].
  2. Err...that's because it was on ITV1. ITN News @ 6.30 and ITN News at 10.
  3. (Jayzus....) That would explain it then  :x
