  1. Hi All,

I'm working up to joining and been reading through the forums and stumbled across a post about failing a medical due to hearing issues.

I've have a condition which basically means I have partial hearing loss in my left ear, mostly in the 1000 to 4000 Hz range and as bad as 50-70db. I'm planning on joining LIAG (not sure if that makes a difference) but wanted to get a view on if the above will prevent me from passing the medical.

    Appreciate any views!

  2. Whaaat?

  3. Here we go....:p

Ok. So just did a search and found a thread on the subject. So based on the H scoring, I'd guess I was probably H3, maybe even H4 in my left and H1 or H2 in my right. Appreciate it isn't a hard and fast so just seeking any thoughts.

  5. I am pretty sure you have to be H2 in both ears.
