The Head of CLS is a new role introduced to develop a strategy for the business for the capture and delivery of Customer Logistics Support prime contracts in the land domain.
Head of CLS will be part of a new management team responsible for driving the engineering and technology vision and strategy to align with the business vision.
Managing the staff development and appraisal process along side the engineering and quality functional managers.
Reporting to the Technical Operations Director the role will command responsibility for:
Identifying sources of CLS capabilities that will enable the company to provide a full partnering solution for CLS prime contracts.
Leading and securing the capture of the CLS contracts for the land platform programs and bids.
Building the required resource pool within the business to successfully deliver to the CLS
Leading the implementation of strategies and taking the functional lead for all CLS and ILS activities within the projects.

Degree in Scientific or Engineering discipline; Chartered Engineer
Experienced in working within the support domain and a lead engineer or delivery manager
