Not least it requires following an idea through to full, advised and researched development and fostering it during the teething stages, rather than hopping on and off buses according to the latest meeping of yesmen. Without these, self confidence and self-belief cannot bridge the chasm and produce the many " coulda been a contenders" for each one who successfully worked from Rags to Riches.
