By an etymological stretch, Stockholm: where ‘Stock’ is thought to, possibly, derive from a Germanic word for ‘fortress’ (as in stockade) and ‘Holm’ is well known to mean ‘island’.
ETA: It is also well known that Stockholm - one of my favourite cities - is built on a number of islands, one of which contains the Royal Palace.

Ah, but that’s only near Helsinki - the capital - as opposed to Stockholm which is the capital.
