Just curious as to why you felt it was necessary to put an apostrophy before the 's' in vehicles?

'Half of the Army's vehicle is out of action' perhaps? Wouldn't surprise me under this Government...

It isnt my fault I didnt fix them, I didnt have my key to get in to my toolbox and the LAD's Tech library wasnt open to look at ISPLs. Or is it that the person who wrote the article doesnt know anything about WFM????
