Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Hi guys may oldest boy is out in Afgan and will be there over christmas. I am putting a goody box together for him to open on the 25th anyone know what would be realy helpfull for him other than a airline ticket home.

Also any advice from a postie about the best way to get it to him would be very welcome.

    Regards
    Mike

  2. Send him out some tobasco, some minstrals, some water pistols and some magazines, FHM, ZOO,NUTS etc.

    hope it helps.

  3. I thought you had a snatch shot of Jade. Thankfully not.

  4. aww, i had my hopes up for a shot of Jade's coffin.... :(

  5. Or perhaps you could send him Jade Goody's box. I hear she won't be needing it for much longer anyway.

  6. He is in 29 Comd he would not have a clue what to do with her box. But she has the right look for that sorry bunch. Anyone know if she has a 2009 calander out.

  7. i hope to god not!

  8. Good God man, isn't he suffering enough.

  9. just had a thought, try the cancer research Uk shop for her calender?

  10. If BFPO 758 is the address you are sending it to, it will be free if it's under 2KG. Just send him a parcel every day for a week, that will please him no end. Make sure you fill it full of used party poppers (no explosive stuff!), torn Christmas hats, daft photos of the rest of his family having fun without him, goat porn and the obvious - Haribo!

No chocolate, unless you are really vindictive though. , and nothing that is likely to get stolen. I also find that 10 e-blueys a day, or a bluey with a stamp on will make him happy too.

    Hope this helps.
