Gooch rub

  1. I've started doing a lot more running on account of my army application. However my legs have gotten bigger from playing rugby and when I run they push on my gooch and rub (mingin) making it pretty raw!

    Does this happen to anyone else and if so how do you deal with it?

    Get some compression shorts or just wear pants.

    Ultra, the Gooch is the part between your balls and your hole.

  9. Lycra / cycling shorts & Vaseline works fine for me.
     
  10. I suffer from the same affliction can you both come and sort out this affliction of mine???
     
  11. Nice one fellas,

    Do wear shreddies but the material was part of the problem.

    Tried vaseline but it just made fibres from my cloths ball up and rub.

    Tried john wayne style run but looked like too much of a nob.

    Compression shorts it is, already got some but didn't think of it (tool)
     
  12. Got to be honest I've never had the same afflication when the gooch rubs, but I do get chaffing on the longer runs and when hoofing about with 95's on when they get wet. Compression shorts did the trick for me.

  14. On a similar note, what is best to stop nipple rub other than plasters (hairy chest does not like adhesives applied). Would something like KY help?
