Gnocchi in 4 cheese sauce

    Total time, less than 20 mins:

    1 packet of gnocchi
    D Cell battery size piece of:
    Austrian Smoked
    Danish Blue
    1 Pint single cream
    Dried Dill / Tarragon

    Dice up cheeses
    Heat cream in frying pan
    Stir in cheese and sprinkle on dill / tarragon
    Boil kettle, pour into pan and add gnocchi - boil for 3 minutes, they will float when done.

    Strain gnochi, pour cheese sauce over, add one large glass of red wine ;)

  3. I cannot believe you could stoop so low in a culinary forum when the recipe would clearly be superior using the fresh alternatives!!!
