Glyn Hughes Kitchen, Hohne

What's the general opinion of the new Glyn Hughes kitchen in Hohne, given that all are welcome...Juniors, Seniors, Officers, Wives, Kids, Civvies, Visiting Troops (German/Dutch)?

Is this Glyn Hughes an ex Army Chef, Welsh bloke by any chance?

Have visited said establishment once as I wanted a cooked meal at lunchtime. Saw that choice was between dessicated "burger" and vulcanised "omelette" or, for the really adventurous, roadkill in breadcrumbs which purported to be fish. Needless to say, shan't be going back and will continue with Lard butties. Have learnt better than to complain to the staff; waste of time and effort. Explanation of the continued ineptitude and insouciance does not justify it.
