Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Just came across an article about some smartass in California, I think, who won the right to have his driver's licence and passport photos taken with him wearing a collander/strainer on his head as he belonged to a 'religion' that worshipped spaghetti.

Then there's all those nerds who claim to be Jedi Knights on the census.

Got me wondering what happened to one of our veteran arrsers who, if I recall correctly, was trying to convince the local council or something to grant his basement/back porch 'church' status as he claimed to follow the ' Old Gods' [ Odin or some other ancient pantheon ]..

Does anyone know if he did it? Did it work?

Thinking of taking some left over bricks and building a temple to Athena by the gazebo and knocking a few bucks off the tax assessment, though sticking a pot on my head and claiming allegiance to Aluminum might be cheaper and less effort.
  2. I get relief as I worship internet porn, but it's not from tax.
  3. My body is a temple......thats why I leave my boots on the outside.
Bitches not afflicted with the ugly are welcome to worship at the altar of my meaty phallus.
    Hermers can fuck right off.
  4. My body, on the other hand, is more of an amusement park and I prefer it that way ...

Tip. When you fill in a V5 or driving licence application or any other official bollocks and it says 'Title'. That is Mr, Mrs, Other. Go for 'Other'. And write The Grand Dongo.

Astonishing how many times it works.

  6. As my little sister delights in telling anyone who will listen...."My body is a temple. So l stick a candle in it"
    Never let me watch though.
