  1. Those fools! If they had read this site a few times they would have picked a different weapon.

It's a well known fact that if you fire a single round from an SLR in to the sea it will cause a tsunami so big it would wipe out all coastal life with in 1000 miles.

That's true that is. My mate fired the round that caused the Boxing Day Tsunami in 2004.

  3. theres honestly dozens of RFD's in the UK you can get SLR's from, both section 1 straight pull and section 5 mil spec for the people with the right tickets.

  4. You in favour of the .303 then?

  7. That's a (relatively) modern girlie one, real men had the earlier wood stock etc :1:

  8. Wrong - wooden furniture is for poseurs and attention seekers

Real men had plastic. Saw this on last night's news and got told to stop drooling. 1:10 secs in - podgy, middle aged grey haired bloke with a casually carried SLR. It should have been me

You're not entering into the spirit of this. See here, telling the Secretary of State that the bigger bullets are for fuzzy wuzzies.

  10. Not the fault of fat old codgers that the Russian Shock Army was so terrified of it's sheer beauty and awesomeness to try it on. Thank God they were too busy queing in Starbucks and flogging their furry hats and belts by the Brandenburg Gate to latch onto the L85A1 being poo

    Try this then:

The Brits in Vitez Photo Gallery by James Mason at pbase.com

I've got several hundred from the tour and must buy a decent scanner.

(Is it the lads you recognise or the officers?)

  13. Clearly you are a limp wristed wuss unable to handle a manly mans guns with proper manly sized bullets.

This apparently, is the correct way to handle the girlie SA80.
