Just signed up today actually.

Bit basic, but then I think that's probably a good thing.

Difficulty here is that to keep motivated, training needs to be really varied.

Royal Marines training site is better.

Actually I've just had a look at the programme a bit further down the line - Looks good, fairly comprehensive (as a basic programme).

My only concern is that there is too much emphasis on number of repetitions which won't prep you for the endurance training that the PTI's are so hot on at the moment.
