    Im currently looking for General Managers to work in Afghan, please find JD below. On a rotation 14 weeks on 3.5 weeks off. Also have a number of other roles,. PLease email me if you would be interested in any roles in Afghan.

    General Manager Forward Operating Base- Afghanistan

    Primary Position Objectives:
    • Command and Control of all Fuel related activities within FOBs that are staffed by Client
    • Maintain Positive relationship with contract holder.
    • Operate entire FOB contract in accordance with Supreme Fuel financial requirements and operational strategy.
    • Responsible for QHSE within FOBs.
    • Meet daily and weekly reporting requirements
    • Ensure all FOB operations are compliant to company SOP’s
    • 100% customer satisfaction
    • Fuel quality is maintained
    • Frequent communication with key personnel is maintained.
    • Proven leadership, management and Change Management experience in an appropriate expeditionary endeavour. Leadership of personnel over a wide geographical remote area who are living in arduous conditions
    • Contract management experience.
    • Proven ability to work in remote, arduous locations, or a clearly expressed commitment to do so for 12 months.
    • Advanced computer skills, database management and spreadsheet development
    • Knowledge and application of fuel management
    • Business process improvement skills and experience.
    • Proven knowledge of supporting military operations.
    Security/Use of Company Property:
    • To ensure that all security procedures are adhered to.
    • To ensure that all items of company property are treated in a responsible manner.
    Health & Safety:
    • To ensure that all regulations relating to the safety of equipment and personnel are adhered to.
    • Ensure that the companies Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Ensure that all contractual requirements are adhered to at all times.
    Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven ability to lead, manage a fundamental part of an isolated and successful business
    • Ability to work in an international, dynamic and multicultural environment.
    • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 standards.
    • Can adapt to rapid changes in a positive manner and work to tight deadlines.
    • Good oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
    • Experienced PC User, familiar with MS Office, email and Internet.
