I saw a pollster asked about this recently in TV and he said they know where they went wrong with the last election so they have changed their methodology for this one, so they should be a lot more accurate.
Well call me a Mandy Rice Davies walt.

It’s my contradiction of Johnson’s assertion “Just get Brexit done” as if 31 Jan is the end of it.
No one thinks that.

Not even Boris.

Get brexi t done means leave the eu.

So we can get on with the trade agreements and other things.

it's just mongy remainers who are trying to halt the progress of a democratically arrived at mandate.

Or even more wildly inaccurate

I'm certain most reasonable people want to get the UK into a position where any possibility of revoking/cancelling/extending/reviewing or otherwise preventing the government from saying "We have left the European Union" is put beyond any possible reach.

No second/third/endless referendums.

No questionable legal shenanigans/jiggery pokery.

No backsies.

That's it.

At that point, those in this country who aren't mealy-mouthed, petulant, sulking, titty-lipped, self-regarding, perma-whining sore losers can begin the business of getting the country moving again after the Remainers' destructive, infantile, self-indulgent exhibition of the past four years.

Another Party, what is it this time?
Third time lucky?
He’ll be looking for donations from his loyal suckers............it would take a heart of stone not to laugh at those who joined ‘The Brexit Club’.
Why do you imagine the Brexit Party, (a party that‘s entire raison d’etre was Brexit), wants to name change it’s name from ‘The Brexit Party’ to the 'Reform Party‘? Is it:

1. We (will) have exited the EU and thus ‘The Brexit Party‘ as a name going forward is redundant?
2. We (have not exited the EU and thus, ‘The Brexit Party' as a name going forward is still relevant?
Mr Farage is probably basing his intentions on option #1 but clearly, he has neither the benefit of your vast and highly respected political insight nor your excellent mastery of

For clarity, my personal view is that Mr Farage should be nowhere near politics whatever the name he ascribes to his party. His usefulness started and ended with the EU elections.

It depends how you view success.

It was first time lucky if you consider that it was the presence of UKIP in the ring that ensured an EU referendum. There is not a chance that it would ever have been considered otherwise.

That is how much the traditional parties are prepared to listen to their voters.

Why does Johnson keep saying it then?

Maybe, but I'd like to think polling companies wrong before had improved their modelling since.

At least some of the polls should be close. Which ones, no idea, and a rogue poll will throw off averages.

Also there's things like "shy tory factor."
I hope that's correct. I'd like to think that people have the intelligence to note vote for Corbyn. There seem to be quite a few people out there who believe that money grows on trees in Corbyn's allotment. Borrowing £58Bn to fix a pension issue for example.
Fingers crossed for Thu.

Because he wants to get the BRitish EXIT of the eu done.

Then we can move on to the post exit trade deal.

Simple stuff when you think about it rather than get emotional about it.

emily just needs a stiff rogering and she’ll be fine

Any one planing on pulling an all nighter Thursday ?

I will be topping up with beer and nibbles. It could be an interesting Friday morning.

I’ll be on here, after I’ve attended a gig in Southampton. How long I stay with it depends entirely on what the Exit Poll declares. I am absolutely NOT prepared to stick around if we have a repeat of 2017, when I had to listen to the likes of Thornberry and McDonnell behaving like they had actually won the bloody thing and couldn’t keep their satisfied smirks under control.
I’m hoping this week will be a totally different experience, but I’m not counting any chickens just yet.

This is no doubt one of Jezza's supporters so perhaps this should be played the night before the election as a Labour Party Political Broadcast! Hollie does not want BoJo as PM! :)

If the Trots get in, then Friday morning will have to be spent withdrawing every penny you have from the bank, and spending it on flour, rice, candles, toilet paper, etc - i.e. the stuff you need to survive a socialist revolution.

Talking of Hollie

Anyone else noticed how much Socialist Worker are keeping their normally very noisy heads down this time?

Well thus far we've had one Labour mailing list flyer. Had a knock from the Tory candidate this AM who was out canvassing with his rather pleasing to the eye mrs. Seemed a decent chap and was actually making an effort to get out and meet the hatful of English people who live in Tower Hamlets even though it's a nailed on Labour seat so I think I'll be lending him my vote as TBP don't seem to have bothered showing up.
