Can you be more specific, it's actually a rather broad question. What type of watch are you looking for and what country are you in? There is are actually a good number of them on eBay at any given time. You should be able to get one quite cheap actually.

You can buy them from Anchor surplus - Nottingham or Ripley.
They are not stolen and are certificated and guaranteed.
I've one but the luminous bits arn't.

To OP - just buy a normal, like everyone else, type watch. that works. reliably. and doesn't make you look like the sort of storeman who has to use a ruler to write in straight lines.
