SAS Challenge See how you measure up against some of the best special forces troops in the world in one of our toughest fundraising challenges. You’ll be learning how to survive in the wilds and on the run, then trying to avoid capture by a hunter force of ex–military personnel! 9 - 11 July 2004

Run for Guide Dogs Join the Guide Dogs running team and become a leader of the pack! From a local fun run to the New York City marathon, no matter what type of race you'd like to run you can run it for Guide Dogs. So why not get out your trainers and get into training for a run for Guide Dogs in 2004.

Tour de France Cycle Challenge After a sell out year in 2003 this great event is back and with a new route! This is your chance to cycle in the tyre-tracks of Tour de France Champions for Guide Dogs in 2004. Follow the wheels of your cycling heroes and tackle a 400 kms cycle ride form Pau to Plateau de Bielle (Mediterranean coast) crossing the backbone of the Pyrenees Mountains. 28 August - 4 September 2004

  2. Skydiving is one of the most exhilarating experiences you can have. Imagine free-falling from 10,000 feet with an instructor or making a solo parachute jump from up to 3,000 feet after a day’s training!

Stop imagining … challenge yourself, no experience is required as all training is provided on the day. All you have to do is raise a minimum level of sponsorship for your fantastic opportunity to free-fall for free!

RNID's next BIG Jump Days are taking place on:

    20 March 2004 @ Nottingham Airfield
    24 April 2004 @ Whitchurch Airfield
    22 May 2004 @ Stirling Airfield
    27 June 2004 @ Honiton Airfield

These are exclusive RNID Skydiving days for teams and individual jumpers and promise to be adrenaline-fulled! Participants free-fall out of a plane at 10,000 feet for FREE (well once the minimum level of sponsorship has been raised anyway).

    Not for you? How about

    Running
    Skydiving
    Whitewater rafting
    Abseiling
    Dragon boat racing
    Knockout
    Zip slides
    Outward bound
    Fastnet sailing
