FTRS leave allowance

#1
I have just been on Mob service for a little under two years and am now just about to start FTRS.

Whilst on Mob service I had the same leave allowance as a regular soldier but someone, who I am hoping got it wrong, just said FTRS soldiers only get 14 days leave per year.

Is this right? I did FTRS in 2002/3 and we got a full leave allowance then.

Thanks and regards

HC isn't worth doing unless the post is about 20 yards from your front door.

They do like to try it on though. I did an FTRS HC post some years ago since it was close to home, but then beciase it suited them I was sent all over the shop, but never for very long. It was supposed to have been LC but the army worked it to their advantage, as they always seem to.

This is close to 70 miles (140 mles per day) from home and there is no RILOR so it had better be FC or they can shove it, no x factor, no RILOR would make the post non viable.
