I think I saw on one of the websites that in the private

One important update; the rules on 'prejudical interests' change tomorrow!
This means that, if he wishes, Cllr Davis will be able to address the
committee on behalf his ward residents, but he will then have to withdraw
from the meeting (and still has no right to vote). This is a change in the
UK law which takes effect tomorrow; sorry for not being alert to it; I only
found out yesterday at a meeting with the council's solicitor when it was
explained to me. I do not know whether he will be taking up the
opportunity.

I gave an interview to BFBS Radio this afternoon, who say they will be
attending the meeting to broadcast the outcome.

There may be a small nuclear device of an objection and planning decision demolition on its way to councillors, if my wife's senior planning colleague follows through with her outrage - she is a former Surrey resident whose father was treated at HC. She will be armed with the necessary fissile material, once I get kicked off the PC and my wife gets on!
