Apologies if this is stating the obvious, but for anyone who ignores all their Sky correspondence like me......

WiFi Hotspots from The Cloud - Make the most of Sky

You can now get free access to "The Cloud" hotspots if you're a Sky Broadband customer.

I'd have found that really useful had I not cancelled my account last week.

Or my local rugby club. :)
  4. Have you tried to connect to the cloud in locations other than McDonalds etc as the connection is lousy.

The worse is that BT hub wifi location thing they continuously advertise, utter rubbish.

I don't know, it lets me sit in my aged mother's & use next door's wifi. :)
  6. Next doors insecure wifi, doesn't surprise me nowadays.

We have a pub so close their free wifi is also too tempting to ignore ;-)

I found it useful - Costa Coffee is another good place to get connection. And best of all it is free.
  8. Both Costa & Starbucks offer decent wifi connection, all the laptop users you see all the time in there is tangible evidence.
  9. Up until now Sky have really dropped the ball on broadband, its taken them so long to getting around to offering FTTC products.

No. The BT thing is BT Fon & hook into that.

Only when the "Baristas" (Read: "Coffee Chimps") know how to turn on the router or reboot it once in a blue moon.
