free gym membership?

  1. ive aproached my local council to ask where the stand on giving free/reduced passes to their leisure facilities, for armed forces/bluelight pers. their response was they dont( though the tax dodging, work shy social parasites do)and dont know of any other local authority that does. however they do review their pricing policy regulary.
    i remember reading through a few threads a while ago saying some councils give reservists etc.. discount. in order to go back to the lefties that run my council with some facts, does anyone know of said councils/authorities that do. your help is much appreiciated SP

  6. Hi, I asked about this with my local council, (sandwell MBC) they said they do offer a discount, they said however you apply for it under 'corporate discount/ memebership' and that they need a letter from my CO confirming im in the TA :)
