Former Israeli Army Chief of Staff Raphael Eitan has drowned after being swept into the Mediterranean Sea at the Israeli post of Ashdod.
Mr Eitan, who was 75, was an army general and the founder and leader of Tzomet, a nationalist and hawkish political party.
Well death is always sad, but lately, we seem to be having a few very opportune natural causes/Accidental ones too in this region.

Maybe the Good Lord thinks enough is enough as well

Indeed VB

My heart pumps Purple Pish that another old weasel that prolonged the agony is gone.

"Fell off a pier" Yeah, righty-ho.

Still, it means the rest of the Hawks will be looking over their shoulders and toeing the line.

Natural Causes and Helicopter Gunships, the Lord does indeed move in mysterious ways :D
