Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. In relation to court martials what is a form 76(2)?

Need to get one of these done today for my OC and am a bit stumped. (SSA away).

Presume its appendix 2 to annex A to chapter 76 of something?

    Any help greatly appreciated.
  2. It's the last thing you feel, right after they say "Ready, Aim... Fire"!

    Got to be... hasn't it?
  3. Lol very droll!
  4. Rule 76(2) is the proforma required by the Prosecutors along with various attachments (Shedule detailing convictions, AFB 121/120, CO's Performance Assesment, AF B 252), if you speak to the Military Prosecutors they will supply you with the relevant, they will also go through the process with you. You will also need to accompany this with a "Diary of Events". The prosecutors will tell you how many copies of each that the will require on the day.
  5. If you are still stumped, I've got electronic copies of the entire 76(2) pack in work. PM me your mil email and I'll send them over in the morning.
  6. I had to check back... see if you got an answer... glad to see you did... I really did try myself, to no avail, since I could see you needed an answer far more than a laugh.
