  1. I fully expect New Liebours spin machine to turn on Judge Trigger with a vengence for telling the unpalatable truth.

A JUDGE yesterday launched a blistering attack on Britain’s “desperate” immigration policy and the Government’s failed welfare system.
He slammed policies that allow hundreds of thousands of foreigners to stream into the country to sponge off benefits.

Judge Ian Trigger also savaged the delay in kicking immigrants out of the UK once it had been ruled that they were here illegally.

And he condemned the country’s massive welfare system for lavishing billions on immigrants.
The outburst came as the judge sentenced Jamaican Lucien McClearley, 31, for drugs offences at Liverpool Crown Court. McClearley should have been booted out of Britain in 2004. “Your case illustrates all too clearly the completely lax immigration policy that exists and has existed over recent years in this country,” said Judge Trigger.

“People like you, and there are literally hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people like you, come to these shores from foreign countries to avail themselves of the generous welfare benefits that exist here. In the past 10 years the national debt of this country has risen to extraordinary heights, largely because central Government has wasted billions and billions of pounds.
“Much of that has been wasted on welfare payments.”

This was creating an enormous strain on resources which are already badly stretched, he said.
“For every £1 that the decent citizen, who is hard-working, pays in taxes in this country, nearly 10 per cent goes on servicing that national debt. That is twice the amount it was in 1997 when this Government came to power.”

Last night, the judge was roundly applauded for speaking out against the Government and its disastrous immigration system.
Tory immigration spokesman Damian Green declared: “The judge is right.”

Sir Andrew Green, founder of think-tank Migrationwatch, commented: “He is expressing a sense of frustration which is very widely felt among the public. And it is courageous of him to do so.
“The long-term failure of this Government’s immigration policy has effects in many areas of national life. That is why we need a better controlled system, and a Border Police to make our borders more secure.”
Sir Andrew added: “I have lost count of the number of magistrates who have told me privately of their concerns about the number of immigrants coming before them and the difficulties in finding an appropriate penalty, if convicted, when they have no money and our jails are full.”

Susie Squire, campaign manager of the TaxPayers’ Alliance, said: “Judge Trigger has voiced the concerns of many taxpayers around the country. They are fed up with seeing their money doled out to anyone who asks for it while all the time being plunged deeper into debt by the Government’s bad financial management.”

Judge Trigger made his scathing comments yesterday after his court heard how McClearley, of Liverpool, had entered the UK in 2001 on a visitor’s visa. He was arrested in 2002 after overstaying but appealed for asylum and was released while this was pending, allowing him to “disappear from the radar of the authorities.”

His application was finally rejected on March 2004, but he was not arrested until last February in Liverpool when police noticed his hired Vauxhall Vectra stunk of cannabis. They discovered bags of cannabis and a further search of his house revealed more than £7,200 worth of cannabis, a gram of cocaine and a fake passport.

Judge Trigger added: “The fact that it took nearly two years to process your claim shows how desperate the situation in this country has become.”
He added that he “hoped and trusted” McClearley would be immediately deported as soon as he completes his two-year sentence for the various offences. Judge Trigger has spoken out from the courtroom on numerous occasions to raise public concerns.

Last year, while sentencing a teenage yob who attacked a woman with an iron bar while on bail for a knife attack, he blamed politicians for being soft on crime.
  2. Well said that Judge, who will no doubt now be carted off to attend a "Diversity" re-education camp.

Maybe we should put him in charge of the treason cases when the current administration are eventually held to account for their crimes against our people!

Hopefully he is also a hanging judge.
  3. There is a reason why thousands of asylum seekers are trying to get here from France and it is not because they are in fear for their lives. Our benefits system needs to change.
  4. Well, come on all you "We need immigration" types, go tell that judge, you know you want to.
  5. Sadly Judge Trigger will be crucified for his comments.
The fact that he is absolutely right won't help him. When a Judge says it then its difficult for the government to sweep it back under the carpet.

I'm sure Sven or Ashie will be along shortly to tell us we are all wrong and that each and every immigrant, legal or otherwise, is essential to the NHS/ Army/ Economy.

We really are long overdue getting a grip on this issue. Each and every asylum seaker should be housed in a secure location (and we have dozens of possibles) pending the result of their claim. Each claim should be dealt with within a couple of weeks and those who are not granted asylum should be on the next boat out to the point of entry (that would give the French something to think about)
Whats more, no asylum application should be considered unless they can prove good reason.
And before the anto-fascist brigade start spouting crap, I couldn't give a toss about the creed or colour of these people. Non of them belong here sponging of our system.
  6. We do need imigrants. We don't need foreign spongers/leeches/parasites though. Those, we grow enough of in this country.
  7. We need training.
EDIT: Although I do accept that we should have some foreign workers WHEN NEEDED.
  8. Sadly, the need for some foreign workers is siezed upon by some to avoid the issue of dealing with the thieves and wasters who infest this country.
We wilfully make it easy for any leech who feels like it to climb aboard the benefits system from abroad
  9. About time we had a reformed immigration and welfare system....

    1. Grandfather rights... Until you Grandfather was born in this country, we can ship you out of it and bar reentry for just spitting on the pavement. That should cut out a few of the criminal elements.

    2. You WILL learn English, you WILL learn our customs, you WILL NOT try to stop our customs on the grounds they offend you... if they do offend p1ss off.

    3. Non-registered/illegal immigrants will be told to leave.

    1. Dole/benefits as we know them will be stopped.

    2. Community work placements for ALL will be introduced. minimum wage, for the benefit of the nation/local community. Work to live, live to work :D
  10. We are talking about failed asylum seekers here and illegal immigrants and yes, they should be deported. I would go further, people like McClearley should not be sentenced to x years imprisonment, they should be sentenced to x years and deportation. Don't leave deportation to chance or to the relevant department actually knowing the date of release of a prisoner. "McClearley? We released him six months ago on parole, we didn't know you wanted to deport him."
It should be clearly understood that anyone who does not hold a European Passport and is in this country either legally or illegally will have their right of residency revoked if they are convicted of a crime and that the sentence will be carried out before they leave prison.
Legal immigrants should be made to take out Government medical insurance (in addition to paying NI) and only be entitled to benefit once they have been in this country five years, this can easily be done by issuing them a NI Number that clearly shows they are a new immigrant, after paying full NI in this country for five years (by virtue of being fully employed) they are issued with a new NI number which allows for benefit under certain circumstances.
  11. Bloody good drills that man!

Everyone knows this is the reality of the current situation in our country.

We are just too afraid to say so because they will be jumped on by the PC brigade...

    What a load of ball-locks

  12. It may be possible, that from time to time, we need a few foreign workers. What we most certainly need, urgently, is the massive, wholesale repatriation of the parasites who have been flooding into this country for decades. The cost of the operation will of course be expensive, but in the long run much cheaper than continuing with the current horrendous state off affairs.
  13. Ord_Sgt

    Ord_Sgt RIP

Any asylum seeker who arrived via another safe country should be returned there forthwith. Its not rocket science.
  14. You would have thought so wouldn't you?
For some reason it appears to be impossible.
  15. All manner of people are now so fed up with this failed government that they are feeling obliged to speak out.

Well done Your Honour for saying what millions, and I mean millions, of us are feeling.

Meanwhile, sir, don't bother to have your morning suit dry-cleaned as I fear your visit to the Palace has been put on hold.
