    John Richard Thomas Sullivan OBE was best known for his work on the hit BBC comedy Only Fools and Horses.
    Sullivan created and wrote the show, which went for a decade in its original run; returning in the years that followed for Christmas specials.
    Amongst Sullivan's other work included the shows Citizen Smith, Dear John, Just Good Friends, Sitting Pretty, Roger Roger and The Green Green Grass".
