  1. We have the lady thread etc, so how about a bit of foodie porn, post photos of food we have made, started doing this to prove to my wife when living away that I was eating!

  3. Food I've just made.............the Chinese deliver to me. BBQ Spare ribs, Singapore Flied Lice and Chicken and Mushroom. Good eats.
     
  4. The bread in Pic 5 looks very good indeed.

    Some of the other meals look very good as well. If this is cooking for one, then you obviously give a feck about
    what you are putting in your grid!

    The global knife in Pic 8 needs to be binned 'cos they are Scheisse unless you have very small Jeremy Beadle hands and want them breaking on you as soon as you get a bit heavy on the chopping! (Go for a Henckels or Wüsthof)

  6. Now that's interesting, I used Victorinox knives, 'cos they were buckshee from work, and have since used Global, which work for me. If I was needing a chopper I would now look around. Thanks for the observation.

    As an aside, the saddest individual I ever saw was the bloke who came into a pub selling knife sets, for £10 for a complete kitchen range. The fact that he chose the pub where the local slaughterhouse workers went for a pint was bad luck;

    'These are shite' was one of the lesser comments as the boys ripped his products to shreds. I almost felt sorry for him.

  11. Recipe's shit. Should be scrag end/neck of lamb. The bone thickens up the Scouse and doesn't leave it like that watery crap in that recipe...
