Food build up to a 10 mile tab

Got a ten miler first thing saterday morning, tab that is, so was looking for any sensible advice on which foods would be good to get down my neck for the rest of this week without fecking my self up, i will be circuit training tonight then resting thursday, but straight into the field friday night

It's a ten mile tab, not a marathon.

Just make sure you're well hydrated, and perhaps take a mars bar or an energy bar to eat half way through.
