Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

As a different way of looking at the No Topic thread (which I thoroughly enjoy BTW). let's start a thread where the reply must lead on from the previous post (I relaise that some posts may fall outwith this because people are posting at the same time).

Each thread, while following on must then carry on to a fresh topic, which the next poster carries on from.

So by following on I can refer to the previous topic which in this case is the opposite of No Topic and use this to lead on to other areas of ARRSE or life so that the replier to this thread would probably lead on with which MOD can we persuade to take on the task of head censor?

  3. And I would like to nominate canteen-cowboy for starting the no topic thread in the first place and would like to launch follow on of:

Are there any other forums which are as likely to keep me on-line for hours and therefore not working? (Apart from this one :D )

Well there are others such as PPrune but rather boring. You could always go Walt hunting some good laughs there.

On the other hand you could enjoy the lovely bank holiday weather and make your way to the pub for a spot of lunch and liquid refeshment - which is where I am off to. TTFN

  5. Following on, I seem to have lost the 'hunt for a walt star' thread, where's it gone?

  6. Walt Matthau was a great acting star, as was Clark Gable

  7. I have a lovely Gable wall in my living room

  8. My living room now has a DVD player instead of a VCR.

  9. My boyfriend's about to buy a two grand entertainment system, with big tv, surround sound and a DVD recorder etc. He's already got a big tv, surround sound and - ok, he doesn't have a DVD recorder... so basically he's paying two grand for a DVD recorder?? The logic of men stuns me.

    (I said DVD recorder a bit too much there, didn't I? :? )

  10. Who fluffs the Gay Porn actors?

Yes i have a DVD of them as well.

    Beebs

  11. Speaking of 'Gay Porn', I'm surprised Flash hasn't posted in this thread yet.

  12. flashing, now theres a strange passtime.......

  13. Re the last to post, I am a "porn actor" with "a bit too much" and looking for army wives for my next production "taffy does tidworth.

  14. Passtimes can sometimes get as dull as some users posts after a while. Then it's time to find a new hobby

  15. I agree, the keeping of hawks can be quite entertaining.
Falco subbuteo is a rarity these days.
