A new magazine focusing, surprise surprise, on....Special Forces and "Elite Units".....

"With FLASHBANG released quarterly, each edition will allow you to embark on an incredible journey across the planet to discover some of the best, most operational and sometimes secretive police or military units. Through hundreds of exclusive and never before-seen photos, you will fast-rope from helicopters, ride speedboats or drive heavily armored trucks alongside these men, revealing amidst the adventure how they relentlessly prepare for the worst and train to be the best to protect us all."

It is going to be a hell of a ride, and we are happy to share it with you.

Its a custom AR, no buttstock and a monolithic upper reciever
Yeah, I saw it was an AR design, just wondered what that upper receiver was about.

If anyone wants an additional French ally fix they should check out a film called Special Forces from last year. Plenty of shiny things including Super Pumas, Mirage and something called an aircraft carrier (whatever they are) plenty of the weaponry seen here as well as it was made with a lot of assistance from the French military.

I have not seen "Forces Spéciales" but it has generally been considered in France as the worst film of the year 2012 with abysmal ratings by most media...

A small detail on this new quarterly: its eye-watering price of 39,95 USD per copy (no, that's not for a year subscription...)

It's pretty basic with the usual cliches and gung-ho silliness. For gun and kit porn its worth a look though.
