Fking labour COONUTS! £200 rent a week for cons!

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. F'king C-NTS

My mother has a B+B (a nice one, not a typical shite one) in a North West beach 'resort'.

She's just informed that she's now been approached by a government organisation (I'd imagine the Prison Services Authoirty, she couldn't remember), and they're now ringing round hotels, guest houses, B+B's etc and offering £200 PER WEEK, PER CON.

All to free up FUCKING bed spaces!

No prison guards, no rapid-dial support of things get out of hand...nothing.

Human FUCKING rights BULLSHITE - has to be 24 hours attendant service, single room, 3 hot meals a day, and a FINE for the establishment owners if they break any of the strict protocols and procedures.

What's more, is that there's no comeback if these cons break or damage anything. But THEY can still claim if they hurt themselves on something.

The outrageousness of it ALL aside; did Mr. Brown help me pay for a £110 p/w flat when I was out of work following a bike crash...? No... No Crescent had to go into f'ing rent arrears, but Johnny rapist can get £200 a week no problems!

Do you have any idea the sort of house/apt you can get on the market for £800 p/m ?!?!

    F'k sake.

Rant FAR from over...fuckinghell, fucking gubmint fucking cunts burn the fucking lot of the fucking useless fucking tosser cunts cunting fucking cunts
  2. Crescent, I agree with you entirely on that one. It's outrageous. We should be running our prisons like Joe Arpaio!

These are some of the reasons why:

Sheriff Joe Arpaio created the "tent city jail" to save Arizona from spending tens of million of dollars on another expensive prison complex.

He has jail meals down to 40 cents a serving and charges the inmates for them.

He banned smoking and porno magazines in the jails, and took away their weightlifting equipment and cut off all but "G" movies. He says: "they're in jail to pay a debt to society not to build muscles so they can assault innocent people when they leave."

He started chain gangs to use the inmates to do free work on county and city projects and save taxpayer's money.

Then he started chain gangs for women so he wouldn't get sued for discrimination.

He took away cable TV until he found out there was a federal court order that required cable TV for jails. So he hooked up the cable TV again but only allows the Disney channel and the weather channel.

When asked why the weather channel he replied: "so these morons will know how hot it's gonna be while they are working on my chain gangs."

He cut off coffee because it has zero nutritional value and is therefore a waste of taxpayer money. When the inmates complained, he told them, "This isn't the Ritz/Carlton. If you don't like it, don't come back."

He also bought the Newt Gingrich lecture series on US history that he pipes into the jails. When asked by a reporter if he had any lecture series by a Democrat, he replied that a democratic lecture series that actually tells the truth for a change would be welcome and that it might even explain why 95% of the inmates were in his jails in the first place.

With temperatures being even hotter than usual in Phoenix (116 degrees just set a new record for June 2nd), the Associated Press reports: About 2,000 inmates living in a barbed- wire-surrounded tent encampment at the Maricopa County Jail have been given permission to strip down to their government-issued pink boxer shorts.

On Wednesday, hundreds of men wearing pink boxer shorts were chatting in the tents, where temperatures reached 128 degrees. "This is hell. It feels like we live in a furnace," said Ernesto Gonzales, an inmate for 2 years with 10 more to go. "It's inhumane."

Joe Arpaio, who makes his prisoners wear pink, and eat bologna sandwiches, is not one bit sympathetic. "Criminals should be punished for their crimes not live in luxury until it's time for parole, only to go out and commit more crimes so they can come back in to live on taxpayers money and enjoy things many taxpayers can't afford to have for themselves."

Wednesday he told all the inmates who were complaining of the heat in the tents:
"It's between 120 to 130 degrees in Iraq and our soldiers are living in tents too, and they have to walk all day in the sun, wearing full battle gear and get shot at, and they have not committed any crimes, so shut your damned mouths!"

Way to go, Sheriff! If all prisons were like yours there would be a lot less crime and we would not be in the current position of running out of prison spaces.
  3. Hrm, methinks The Bliar's farewell tour should have included a weekend with this guy :)

(or, more preferrably, life in his prison :) )
  4. Yea, what amazes me is that some taxpaying families who work hard and keep their noses out of mischief, struggle to get 3 meals on the table every day, pay the rent, pay the energy bill etc.. And these convicts get all that plus a free laundry service, Sky TV and all sorts of nice little perks, paid for by everyone, including the very people who cannot pay for those facilities themselves.
What a sad situation all this PC human rights stuff has put us in.
  5. Justice system is what is fcuking this country up, ASBO's are a fcuking waste of space, i saw a documentry few weeks ago about how the chav w4nkers that are tagged seem to get away with the fact that they cut their tags off or break their curfews etc. The sentences they hand out to some of these people who have records as long as your arm are a fcuking joke (ok fella we know you have about 45 offences against you, but fcuk it we will only send you to jail for 4 months for doing that old dear over). Seems to me that they are more concerned with the human rights of the fcuking criminal scum than the actual victims.
End of day if you have committed a crime then you should fcuking suffer so that you dont want to go back to prison!
Mate of mine had his house robbed earlier on this year, police said they had a good idea who the gang was that did the crime, but until they caught them either in the act or with the goods they couldnt do anything, worst thing is they know they are a proffessional gang as they scope out the houses wearing builders gear or pretend they are surveying etc. I would have thought a bit of 24hr surveillance on gang members was the way ahead myself but i am only a fcuking thick squaddie!
Fcuking LABOUR are a bunch of cnuts of the highest order they have fcuking ruined this country and BLIAR can get to FCUK!

    Rant over!
  6. Why blame it on labour? I know they are CNUTS but it is the do-gooder liberal fcukwits who have ruined this country, labour have just pampered to them......Line them up I say....
  7. Look for £200 a week I can sort out a massive Chinese Prison that will take ALL of the UK's surplus villains, they will have no chance of escape and will be very gainfully employed. I’ll even throw in a biannual family visit on Chartered planes.

It is just symptomatic of the liberal 'elite', the Guardianistas, the Islington Mafia who have hijacked our counrty. The very vocal minority who by their loudness and insistence rule us.
There is a similar thread running on this site, and the responses have been startling. Maybe it IS time we did something, forgot our inertia and apathy and acted.
  9. Well I'm with you on that OFAH, but what the f'k can people like us do in this political climate.

    It's f'king shocking, the sheer amount of money they're GOING to spend on this B+B project, for instance right: my mums B+B has 12 rooms, so that's 12 x 200 x 52 / 12 =

    £10, 400 a MONTH. And that's just on my mum's little B+B.

The mind boggles, f'king boggles, at the amount of money they'll spend on this idea.

If the money was already there to spend, why did it not get spent building new prisons 5 years ago when the overcrowding problem was initially highlighted???

(Edited for being a maths mong)

The reasons for not building prisons are enshrined in the New Labour/liberal ethos. People offend through no fault of their own, it is the capitalistic society that causes it. The haves outnumber the have-nots, and that is unfair. (not my beliefs, by the way), and a redistribution of wealth by any means should not cause incarceration of the opressed.
All total crap, obviously, and in a real Socialist state -like Soviet Russia or China - then prison is a growth industry, but here, the Lord Chief justice wants prisons emptied, and no new ones built.
Like to see his house raided, trashed and himself bum-raped!
  11. Can we still send our convicts to Australia? Or did they stop that a few years back?
Perhaps somewhere like Nigeria could do with an increase in population!
  12. Not new, been going on for years althought the people going into that sort of B&B deal were those who are either up for release, in a halfway house deal or have been released but nowhere to go.

Equally they may be asylum seekers being disperesed or "care in the community" or sundry spongers. What they will tend not be of course are ex-forces people with nowhere to go.

My mother used to live in Broadstairs and one day the residents woke up to the fact that literally thousands of odd types had been placed out of season into B&B's in Thanet (Margate, Ramsgate & Broadstairs) by London social services who were overwhelmed by the NHS closing the old mental hospitals and turning unfortunates into the "community". Complete disaster

That got sorted but they were replaced by asylum seekers and ex or nearly ex prisoners.

There are quite a few people who now run very lucrative businesses based on providing grotty accomodation at the very lowest possible cost to themselves. Holidaymakers? Who needs 'em when the Social or Prison Service provide an endless supply of punters in no position to complain and will always pay

  13. Seems to me, that being forced to serve out ones sentence in a Blackpool BnB punishment enough!
  14. Try North Korea, they would come back a bit thiner, and North Korea need some money they may do it for one quid a day :D Would not affend again :?
  15. gpmg_762: Deductive you ;)

To be honest, Blackpool hasn't got the best of reputations and it's largely unjustified.

The overwhelming majority of Guest Houses, B+B's etc here are actually quite nice, roses in the front garden type places.

There's a small clump of shittey ones on the back of town for the stags and hens etc, but that's about it really.
