    What type of running/exercise do you find bests increases CV ability?

    For weight do you just use bags of sugar in a backpack etc?
  2. Fast running seems best

    And sugars no good it makes you fat. Use water instead.
  3. Sugar seems rather expensive. If you want to add weight whats wrong with bags of soil or sand?
  4. yep agree - find a decent hill and use that - time yourself once a week and see your time go down.
