Fitness Tips..

I'm joining REME hopefully.. :D... just wondered if anyone could give me any tips on training.. running, sprints... upperbody.. the usual stuff

Please some serious tips and advice... ive read around for a few days and ive seen some of you havin a bubble;)

Read the numerous other threads on this subject then unless you have any specific questions otherwise it gets a tad repetitive mate
