Fitness test to follow?

At present i'm trying to decide which fitness program out of these 3 to follow - the Army Personal Fitness (Main Program):

Or the RAF Officer or the RAF Gunner plans, which are accessible via this widget here:

Due to the fact that all 3 plans have different exercises involved, I was wondering which would basically work better for overall stamina/muscle building? I'd really appreciate any answers here.
