Fitness routine

Can anyone recomend a fitness routine that would help me achieve my goal to get into the para's. At the moment i run 1.5 miles every day and i am averaging so far just under 10 minutes, but my upper body work isnt great. soo any idead wouldnt be great thanks

Running 1.5 miles a day won't help you you need to be running 3 miles every other day.
