Fitness programme

  1. Has anyone used the fitness programme that is on the site?
    I intend to use it to get into shape before I apply for army selection, however its a little confusing on the number of repetitions for certain exercises.

    Can anyone help me?

  2. do it until you can,t do anymore and then do 2 more.
  3. That programme is a bit too basic, do something that will really kick you in the teeth.

  5. Then by all means please suggest a good/better fitness programme.
    this is the first one i found so i havent settled on one for certain.
  6. join your local curcuit training class and go at least three times a week,run a few x country/hills as well and stay off big macs and you,ll be sorted.look on previous posts for additional programmes.
